Delivery Charges
We offer two simple delivery options:

• Free shipping on all orders over £75

• Flat rate of £5.50 for orders under £75

All deliveries are sent via Royal Mail, ensuring reliable and trackable service.

Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once shipped, Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 working days. Please note that during peak times or in the event of postal delays, delivery may take slightly longer.

Delivery Locations
We currently ship to UK addresses only, including mainland UK and Northern Ireland.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details where applicable.

Missed Deliveries or Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we may charge an additional fee to resend it.

Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
